Chef Fred Auletta
Chef Fred Auletta's approach was inspired by his many cooking ventures starting at the age of 14 making pasta, bread, and sauces in an Indiana Italian restaurant. He then moved to Georgia and became the pit master in a famous BBQ restaurant. Soon after opening two BBQ restaurants, Fred was offered a job with an inspiring culinary expert: Buddy Chandler creating upscale cuisine, catering, consulting and menu development. This initiated Fred's creativity unfolding in the culinary industry.
Fred recently returned to his hometown, Tulsa, where he has brought all of his inspirations and expertise under one roof. At Fire Rock Grill & Bar, Chef Fred Auletta's inspiration is a straightforward approach to good food with a Southwest Flare. Fire Rock Grill features some of Fred's most inspired creations such as: Fish Tacos, Crab Cakes, Baby Back Ribs, and a few others.
